Dairy Technology is a branch of science and engineering which deals with milk, milk processing, and its products. This is part of food technology and processing but specifically dedicated to milk and its products like curd, milkshake, ice-cream, cheese, and much more. This makes milk products of high quality and fulfills customer's demand by adding value to it.
